Impressive stoneware figure of a Hamadryas baboon by Lejan executed around 1925, probably a unique piece.
Most of Lejans figures are executed in moulded and glazed earthenware and in larger editions. This piece has been thoroughly elaborated after moulding as to be seen in the images.
