Edward Gomanski ( Poland,1854- Berlin,1930) studied at the Berliner Akademie Der Künste , amiongst others at Fritz Schaper, later he was an apprentice of Rudolf Siemering.
From 1880 the in Berlijn-Wiolmersdorf living sculptor almost every year at the Grosse Berliner Kunstausstellung, first with portrait busts, later with genre pieces.
After 1911 he made mainly naturalistic animal bronzes, under which many birds.
