Jea-Pierre Gras

Jean-Pierre Gras (1879-1964) was a French sculptor, painter and ceramist.

His first known work dates from 1908 when he was asked to participate at the making of the statue of Hermes on the Square du Félibres in Sceaux.
Also is he responsible for the two monumental statues of Corneille and Molière that are posted at the entrance of the Opera in Avignon.
Becomes a teacher at the École des Beaux Arts of this town in the fourties.
