Charles Schneider #4552 - Table lamp in the "Jades" series - Ca 1924
Glass table lamp in mushroom shape by Charles Schneider in the so called "Jades" series, in a rare color setting.
Clear glass with bright green and brown glasspowder inclusions and hand written signature, around 1924.
Wrought iron mounting.
Lamps by Schneider with both glass top as well as foot are seldom found.
The lamp has a total different look when lighted, and one could speak of two art objects: one for the day and one for at night.
